By paying for the services, the owner of the business and the customer enter a legal contract.

Any services are to be paid in advance of the sessions and these are non-refundable. A course needs to be paid in full. The only exemption is the business consultancy where 50% deposit is required before the start of the consultancy, and the remaining 50% in the middle of the consultancy.

The payment is received via a bank transfer.   

In the case that the customer is not satisfied with the services, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects the customer's right to a refund, repair, or replacement if the service wasn't carried out with reasonable care and skill, or as agreed. The customer agrees by signing up for a service, that they are satisfied they understand what the service purchased entails, and that it meets their needs.
